A study of the profile of the gratings and lenses was done with a mechanical surface analyzer. The microclimatic monitoring of such workplaces, characterized by high values of the mean radiant temperature, especially near the melting furnace through a continuous survey has been carried out. As far the main physiological parameters is concerned, the metabolic rate, the heart rate, the tympanic membrane and the water loss have been measure over the whole shift. Obtained results show a fair agreement between measured and predicted values. According to the SOBANE strategy, this standard provides a three-step protocol aimed to the prevention, elimination or reduction of risks affecting the workplaces. In this work such matter has been extensively discussed showing a certain difficulty in the definition of an unambiguous PMV threshold value for each working situation in any microclimate. During the glass forming process this property is strongly influenced by the time dependant thermal situation due to the visco-elastic character of the glass melt. It is possible to increase the original strength of the glass following some physical topics. The influence of complex parameters are demonstrated and underlined by industrial tests. Abakin It is proposed that the conditioning of molten glass in the feeder channel of a glass furnace be conducted on the surface of melted copper. It is shown that this will make it possible to decrease the thickness of the layer of molten glass, increase the thermal uniformity of the layer, decrease the fluctuations of the level of the molten glass, and increase product quality. We made low-spatial-frequency gratings by recording interference patterns and studied parameters involved in the recording.
